Alto, a popular CRM software for estate and letting agents, has launched Alto IQ – an AI analyst built directly into Alto.
Instead of building a report to find something out, agents ask a question and get an instant answer, complete with a plain English explanation of what’s happening and why. Most agencies aren’t short on data. They’re short on clarity about what it means and what to do about it today.
Alto IQ changes that. With it in place:
A branch manager can ask ‘which negotiators have the highest fall-through rate?’ and get an answer in seconds.
A lettings manager can ask ‘which landlords have arrears building?’ and act on it before it becomes a legal matter.
An owner can ask ‘which lead sources are delivering the highest completed commission?’ and know exactly where to invest.
Alto IQ works across sales, lettings, applicant and property management data – surfacing answers, flagging anomalies and identifying patterns proactively, before the agency goes looking.
Alto IQ runs on data already inside an agency’s Alto account and is available immediately to Alto customers at no charge.
Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, CEO, Alto, said: “Agencies are under pressure to do more with less, and the ones pulling ahead are the ones rethinking where their team’s time actually goes.
“Alto IQ is the answer to the question almost every agent asks: where do I focus today? We’ve built an analyst that sits inside Alto, works on your data and gives you that answer in seconds.”
Alto IQ is built on more than two decades of real agency workflow data, so the questions it can answer accurately, and the anomalies it can surface proactively, are grounded in how UK agencies actually operate. Every answer is attributable. Every recommendation shows the underlying data behind it.
“Alto IQ feels like having a business analyst on the team”, said Sam Whitehead, Operations Director, The Accommodation Bureau, who piloted the product.
“For a business like ours, that used to be out of reach. Now, we’re making decisions with confidence we didn’t have before. In our first proper session, it saved us more than two hours. But the bigger thing is what we’re doing with the insight it gives us.”
Iannucci-Dawson says the aim of Alto IQ is to close the gap between data and decision-making for agencies of every size.
“The barrier has never been whether agencies have useful data. It’s always been getting to it quickly enough to act on it. Alto IQ removes that barrier entirely. You ask a question, you get an answer and you know what to do next. That’s the whole point.”
