Wales Tech Week returns to spotlight innovation, skills and global collaboration

Wales’ largest international technology summit is set to make a return to ICC Wales from 24 to 26 November 2025, uniting global and local innovators, industry leaders and future talent for three days of inspiration.

Following the success of the 2023 event, which welcomed over 4,000 attendees – 23% from outside of Wales – Wales Tech Week 2025 will again shine a light on the nation’s role as a global player in enabling and emerging technologies. The summit aims to connect organisations, promote Welsh innovation, and position the country as a hub of technological excellence.

Hosted at the ICC Wales, Newport, the three-day event will explore the real-world applications of technologies shaping business and society today – from AI and Cybersecurity to GreenTech, FinTech and SpaceTech. The event is expected to attract innovators, investors, tech entrepreneurs, public sector leaders and academic experts from across the UK and beyond.

Among this year’s highlights is Talent4Tech, the UK’s ultimate tech career showcase, taking place on day three of the summit. Designed to inspire the next generation of digital talent.

The event will also serve as a platform to foster collaboration across academia, business, and government, while championing skills development, responsible innovation and inclusive growth.

Thales, a global leader in digital security and innovation, joins the summit as a Silver Partner.
